One of the first questions to ask a Realtor is:
How much experience do they have in the field of real estate? Anne and Eddie have over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate business in Southern Arizona and are full time Realtors.
How much education does your Realtor have? Anne has two Degrees and also an MBA, and holds the SFR Designation. She has held the exclusive Luxury Properties agent designation for many years. Eddie has owned several businesses and investment properties, and knows the ins and outs of the real estate market and business.
Are they willing to give you a list of past clients that they can call to ask about your services. A good Realtor with have happy past clients that are open to sharing their experiences
Will you be working with the Realtor or will you be handed off to a team member. When you work with Anne and Eddie you will be working with them personally, and will have their extensive experience in the Tucson Arizona real estate market working for you. We don’t have an assistant, we handle all of the real estate transaction from start to finish.
Busy Realtors are always the best choice, asking them how long their listings have taken to sell in different price ranges in the market is also important.

Is the agents his/her license in good standing? If you go to the Arizona Department of Real Estate website you can see any past grievances that have been brought against any Realtor in Arizona as it is public knowledge.
